拉曼大学（马来文：Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman，英文：Tunku Abdul Rahman University，简称 UTAR / 优大），是由马来西亚最大的华人政党马华公会创办的一所研究型大学，其名称源自马来西亚首任总理东姑阿都拉曼。拉曼大学的创建实现了马华公会自1969年创立拉曼学院以来的长期梦想。该大学设有14个学院、52个学术部门以及32个研究中心，涵盖文科、经济、管理、理科、工程、农业、医学、教育、艺术等多个学科领域，是马来西亚规模最大、最著名的大学之一。其资格和学术水平得到全球认可，被公认为马来西亚顶尖的高等学府。此外，拉曼大学是少数几所获得马来西亚学术资格鉴定机构（MQA）授予学术自治权的大学之一。截至2020年，拉曼大学已与来自美洲、大洋洲、欧洲、亚洲、非洲等地区的242所国际姊妹校建立了合作关系。
拉曼大学的创立宗旨在于提升学术研究的同时，重视知识传承和专业人才的培养，以培养英才和国家建设为目标。大学制定了新的十年计划和愿景，致力于成为一所对社会改革产生影响力的国际性大学。拉曼大学目前拥有两个校区，学生根据所选专业被分配到不同的校区学习，分别是位于霹雳金宝的主校区和雪兰莪双溪龙镇的校区。

拉曼大学在学术科研方面与美国，英国，加拿大，澳洲，德国，法国，俄罗斯，新加坡，中国，中国香港，中国台湾，韩国，西班牙，波兰及其他国家大学均有交流及合作。拉曼大学现有2个校区，学生将依其选读科系分发，分别是：霹雳金宝主校区、双溪龙镇校区
