Job Description:

1. Scrutinizing order requirements and downloading related materials; maintaining databases related to orders and teachers; using CRM system to allocate academic resources and following up orders’ feedback and their execution timely; making rational decision flexibly

2. Maintaining relationships between groups of teachers to improve their satisfaction; enhancing the retention rate and enthusiasm of teachers

3. Evaluating, monitoring the performance of teachers and reallocating resources as per the evaluation; sending feedback and results of orders to teachers and then solving after-sales problems; prioritizing clients’ satisfaction by controlling quality strictly and supervising teachers' performance; maximizing teacher groups’ working efficiency

4. Quoting for orders sent by sales as per their requirements and facilitating the selling process

Candidates with following qualifications are preferred:

1. Bachelor degrees or above; proficiency in English( IELTS 7 or above, TOEFL 100 or above, or TEM 8) and excellent leaning ability; experiences of studying abroad; overseas students from Thailand

2.Good communication skills to coordinate between teachers and the sales

3. Insightful and analytical, careful, patient and responsible; adept at finding and solving problems
